内容：
1. 2025-2026年度理事会工作总结
2. 年度财务收支汇报
3. 广州同乡会会南粤艺术团正式成立
4. 第22届理事会名单更新

微信报名：只在同乡会“会务群”登记，不要在其它群报名，难以统计。
请会员相互通知，报名先到先得，额满即止。仅限注册登记的会员，每个家庭一至二人出席，请不要带小孩参加。

报名时请用各人“入会申请表”上的名字，以便核对，报出席人数。

收费：
到会每人交餐费$20。
凡报名即是预订了餐位，如到时缺席也须承担付费责任。

Agenda:

1. 2025-2026 Executive Committee Annual Work Report
2. Annual Financial Report
3. Official Establishment of the Guangdong Arts Troupe under the Guangzhou Association
4. Updated Membership List of the 22nd Executive Committee

Registration via WeChat:
Please register only in the association’s official “Admin Group”. Do not register in other groups as it may cause difficulty in tracking attendance.

Important Notes:

• Members are encouraged to inform each other. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once full.
• Only registered members may attend. One to two members per household. Please do not bring children.
• When registering, please use the name listed on your membership application form for verification and specify the number of attendees.

Fee:
Each attendee is required to pay a $20 meal fee.
Once registered, a seat will be reserved. No-shows will still be charged.
